WHY I STARTED
I became a personal trainer because I just loved fitness and exercise and it felt right to make 'being active' my career after bombing as a Government graduate.

& WHY I STAYED
The PT lifestyle I chose left me burnt out, over trained, undervalued, stressed. My sleep was compromised, too busy to focus on future direction and straining my relationships.

In order to find my way out I had to become my own coach.
The principles I learned along the way now form the Your Move Way of getting what you want and creating your Ultimate Lifestyle
