Your Move Co Is a private training and nutrition coaching service for women and the occasional bloke too! 

The private training facility is located in the corner of St Peters, Newtown, Mascot and Alexandria NSW, near the southern corner of Sydney Park - M8 entrance. Parking available onsite.

Elise will challenge your body - whilst challenging your assumptions of how to get strong and stay fit in your 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.

Stuck on the cross-trainer at the gym?

I didn't understand the benefits of strength training until I was 25. Up to then it was just the treadmill, Body Attack and a whole bunch of sit ups.

I've been fortunate to learn from some of the best and have a variety of client experiences to compare.

It is apparent how many misconceptions are still thrown around when it comes to strength training for women: We all know it's important, but there isn't enough emphasis on why and what the best approach is.

Strength Training

Muscle development is key to long term health and results. To mitigate sarcopenia (gradual muscle loss with age) it is imperative muscle-building habits are established as early as possible, but it's never too late to start!

Nutrition Coaching

Elise has developed a unique approach to improving nutrition to support your goals. If you can believe it there are zero diets, no calorie counting and you can keep the food you enjoy whilst forming a more sustainable relationship with it.

Accountability

Never feel alone. Elise provides the experience and tools to support you making small steps in the right direction to create your ideal lifestyle. There are several accountability tools available and Elise loves a good mini-challenge!
