What is a WOD class? (replay)

WOD stands for Workout of the Day. The WOD class has been my signature class to get full-body fit (and a little humbled).
In 2020 WOD moved online and now works with little to no equipment. In a typical 30-45minute class you can expect:

  • Mobility challenges and stretching - because let's face it, you always skip this part
  • Bodyweight conditioning designed to push and challenge your fitness
  • Strict no burpee policy but you'll still feel like you've done cardio
  • Bodyweight or limited equipment strength exercises focusing on muscle activation and control
  • Zombie Apocalypse training - yes they are coming
  • Longevity training to improve balance, reduce injury and fall gracefully
  • Modifications for any injury you may have or workarounds for when you slept funny and woke up with a crick in your neck
